If item is received back not in its original condition, the product will not be return. Please review the policy below;
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of order delivery date.
Once your return or exchange has been received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time.
- Standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for US. We currently do not ship outside of the US.
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
- Depending on your location, some orders have a chance to be delivered on Saturdays.
- You may cancel an order until it has shipped.
- Tracking Numbers are sent 1-3 days after the order is placed.
