RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We welcome returns and exchanges on all orders except for products from Love Bre by Bre Nikole. The product must be returned in its original condition; attached hangtag, unworn and undamaged. If item is received back not in its original condition, the product will not be return. Please review the policy below;
-Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of order delivery date.
-Once your return or exchange has been received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
-If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
-Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
SHIPPING
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time.
- Standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for US. We currently do not ship outside of the US.
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
- Depending on your location, some orders have a chance to be delivered on Saturdays.
- You may cancel an order until it has shipped.
- Tracking Numbers are sent 1-3 days after the order is placed.
